“Gladly go again”
I had the pleasure of staying here 12/9 to 26/9. I read very mixed reviews so did not know what to expect however there are no real issues . We had a Side sea view room large double bed lots of storage and a massive shower with plenty of hot water. The dining hall for evening meal is a free for all . Nobody queues it's a case of if you can't beat them join them . The quality of the food is fantastic I was never stu k for something to eat be willing to try the flavours are amazing . If you have no children with you the best time to go is around 7.50pm. Breakfast and lunch are calm . The snack bar for lunch is ideal . The adult pool is lovely although children do sneak in but are swiftly dispatched by security . Isa the barman at the pool was fantastic he made the holiday for my husband an asset to the hotel in our opinion . Very mixed nationalities stay here there are no issues just accept we have different cultures and understanding that cuts both ways . We found it one of the most relaxing holidays no towels on beds until 7.30 am which was lovely and even at lunch time beds and shades can be found . Side at night is lovely and the Saturday market is a must if you like to haggle . Taxi to Side 32lira or 8 Euro and will carry 7 so we teamed up and split the cost.

“amazing hotel...perfect stay”
I will tell you our stay for five days at this hotel, when I, my wife and my daughter (1 year old) are here, since this is one of the most beloved hotels.
Food: always found in the shaffe, everywhere, usually very tasty.
Desserts: In the dining room, the desserts were less good for me, but the ice cream and Belgian curry were very good.
Pools and slides: Clean, there is always room for swimming even as the hotel is busy. The story of my stay was the amazing surfing, although they are not open at all hours of the day, but surfing them is a huge experience, there are a large number of slides so that there will always be a free slide, just enjoy it.
Internet: Our room had a very strong internet throughout the stay.
Room: very spacious, clean, designed and tidy, in addition to we took a room for pool and sea, was very charming.
Sea: The hotel is not on the beach, and the truth is that I went once to the beach, just in the hotel more fun.
Parties: When we were always parties and everyone danced and were happy.
Access: The hotel is very comfortable, and although it is large, but access to every component of the hotel is very easy so I would highly recommend as a hotel to those who have children.
In conclusion, we had 4 nights and was a charming hotel, and I came out with the feeling that I would return to it again.
Hope I helped you.

Recently returned from Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa and had a great time. We had a family room, bit on the small side but adequate. Plenty of storage for clothes etc, good size bathroom with walk in shower, rooms kept fairly clean.
Restaurant, brilliant selection of food to suit all tastes shame the foreigners don't queue like British, this is the only thing I can say about that. Theme nights most days. Waterworld restaurant (waiter service) is open for lunch was a nice change to the self serve snacks. Gozleme (turkish bread pizza) also open near Waterworld this was nice too. Waffles at 230pm were lovely but queue early as they are to die for.
Only downside is the drinks during the say, no self service had to wait to be served, not a big issue but self machines would be a lot better.
A la carte restaurants were also nice, we did Mexican and Turkish both really nice food and again a change to be waited on.
Huge pool and good selection of slides for both older kids and adults and a smaller aquapark for younger kids. An adults only pool also available but smaller
Staff - some are not very friendly, others are lovely especially Hussein he was really nice and helped us on a few occasions
We had a few incidents where the staff brought drinks and the tray over balanced and we got drenched - 5 times.... can you believe it. Next time they came we asked them to put the tray on the table..
Lifts can be challenging at times, want to go down, it goes up first then back to where you came from then finally where you wanted to go, had to laugh in the end. Quickest finger first I think
Plenty of shops opposite the hotel and some more a 5 minute dolmus or taxi ride and Kumkoy centre has lots of shops 10 minutes drive away. Side centre has a huge selection of shops and is 15-20 minutes drive but the dolmus drops you a good 15 minute walk from the shops, walk through the ruins, but a nice walk. Be prepared to barter, most are willing to drop prices. We used Euro, Lira and Pounds.
Would I go back? Most definitely and would recommend
Any questions, please ask. I am a travel agent so this is an honest review.
