“Super hotel!”

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort and are so pleased we did!! We were impressed upon arrival at the size and decor and continued to be impressed by the facilities, food, staff and service. Our family of 4 stayed here at the start of their season so it was not very busy. Plenty of bars and areas to have a drink and game of cards if you need quiet but also lively areas with decent music. The pool area too had a quieter side and a more lively side.

The staff, for the most part, were excellent. Happy to help and genuinely making an effort to ensure you had all you needed. Thank you Hussain, Umut Can, Hassan, Seyho, Serhat in particular for the extra concerted effort you put in. We really appreciated it.

The family room exceeded our expectations; it had two bedrooms, both with tv's, a balcony and it was quite spacious. A view of the car park but it was quiet. Good shower room.

Drinks and food were all fine. Loads to choose from in terms of cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks and several options for meals in terms of a la carte, buffet, cafe, patisserie etc. The Turkish fare, salads and grilled meat and fish are especially good. Plenty of variety at each meal and quite tasty. We tend to avoid western food when on holiday so I can't really review that but will say there certainly seemed to be something for everyone.

Entertainment for 3 of the 5 shows we saw was excellent, the other two a little cheesy but still fun. The kids loved having fresh popcorn to watch the performances. We also joined in activities run by the entertainers like darts, volleyball etc. and also played table tennis. There is a cinema and kids club for younger children. We noticed entertainers regularly gathering up youngsters to play football while parents had a break. Lots of other things to do (bowling, fooseball, x-box, pool etc) but these are chargeable. The water slides and pool are amazing. It was probably a good thing that the slides were only open for 4 hours each day! Plenty of sun beds. We never struggled to find a base when we would venture down after breakfast.

The beach is a short walk away but there is a regular shuttle service. Towels are provided.

We would happily return to Crystal Sunset for another holiday.

“Brilliant Hotel, Don't Understand the Bad Reviews”

Stayed in the Crystal Sunset last week and all I can say is this is a fantastic hotel, staff were great and the food brilliant.

Hotel: The hotel itself is extremely impressive when you walk into the lobby and nicely set out with the reception to one side and the bar to the other. Staff were courteous as they checked us in and accommodating with my sister who was in a wheelchair due to a skiing accident.

Guest Services: Zekiye on the guest relations was so helpful, always doing her best to accommodate any request we had and very polite and professional

Room: Rooms were sufficient, nicely laid out. Not the most luxurious rooms in the world but definitely adequate.

Pool: The pools look fantastic in the pictures but are even better when you get there. One side is slightly more lively if thats what you like, if not, go to the other side of the pool and basically had it to ourselves.

Entertainment Team: Evren, Olgun & Moss were all fantastic, full of energy and always had time for a chat, or getting people involved in the daily activities which was great.

Food: The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was very good. Had a good variety of foods, and changed often enough that you was never eating the same. As for the a la cartes, firstly, the turkish was ok. The food was good, but to be honest, it wasn't much better than the buffet. but worth a visit. The Oriental was really nice, sushi was good. Was surprisingly impressed with this one. As for the Italian, it was literally the best restaurant I have ever been in. I have eaten in michelin star restaurants in Rome that didn't compare to this. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the hotel

In all, the hotel was fantastic, and already planning our next trip here.

“Wanna go back!!!”

So visited this lovely hotel..only got back 3 days ago. whilst the hotel is not perfect, there is not much to fault..

Once we arrived, we were escorted to our room by Huseyn who was very helpful.

Were told we were give the Honeymoon Suite, although I think this was just a fib. Nevertheless, the room was lovely with an amazing view of the pools etc. One king size and one single. The shower in the bathroom was a dream. Safe worked fine. We were in room 2039. The walls are not sound-proof so sometimes can hear people in corridor. The evening music plays till quite late, which I didn't mind.

Food - lots of options on paper but it takes a while to understand the process etc. We mostly stuck to the buffet dinner in Sunset, which was okay, got repetitive by the end, even though they did add new items each night. Deserts were very nice. Service in Sunset was very good. We tried most things, and no bad stomach so that's a good sign.

Lunch was usually in the Chicken world which wasn't great. Burgers, chips etc. We would usually save ourselves for the waffles and ice cream...There are other options but we did not get round to them.

A La Carte system was bit confusing. We went for the mexican which was the best meal we had all week. They expect you at the a La carte for 7pm, which is a bit early. Maybe a further sitting at 8.30 would be better.

Drinks - the bar service is on point. Oh, the cocktails (non alcoholic for me) were gorgeous. We had so many but they always tasted good.

Pools - great..kids pool covered by the slides so doesn't get sunlight, Animation team always around. We did beach volleyball and water polo with the boys which was fun.

Room service was very good..2 lovely ladies.

language is a problem, but you manage to get by. Most of the visitors are German/russian. The staff do try though.

There is so much to do and not enough time. We also took my son to the Mini club few times.. the staff there are lovely but the songs are mainly in German.

Most of the staff are very nice, and I am afraid I forgot to ask some names. Here are some I did note down, who provided top service.

Muzafeer - Sunset

Halil _ irish Bar

Ercan - restaruant manager

Serkan - Restaurant staff

Ahmed - Pool lifeguard

Lena - mini club

The Main reception staff weren't very nice and welcoming however so this needs to be improved.

There are quite a few shops opposite the hotel so it's nice for a walk in the evening.

Excursions we booked through Jack Tours which was right opposite - he's a top guy.

Overall, an amazing hotel. Looks pristine and in a nice location. Would highly recommend… Thank you Crystal Sunset team!!!!
